48 Hour Notice - Special Meeting of the Governing Body, 8/13/26

There will be a Special Meeting of the Governing Body at 5:30 pm on August 13, 2026 called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. Notices of this meeting were sent via e-mail to the Coaster, the Asbury Park Press and published on the Borough website on Thursday, July 16, 2026. In addition, copies of notice were filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk on aforementioned date. Notices have remained continuously posted. The purpose of the meeting is to act on the Special Meeting Agenda (to the extent known) items including: Receipt of Minutes; Receipt of Communications; Public Comments on Agenda and Non-Agenda Items; Presentations (if needed); Mayor and Council Reports; Unfinished Business - Ordinance Adoption and Tabled Resolutions; New Business - Ordinance Introduction and Consent Resolutions; Potential Closed Session (if needed). Formal action will be taken at this meeting. The Public is invited to attend.
