All Recycling, paper, glass, plastic beverage bottles #1&2 and cans can be mixed and put out together on your scheduled pick up day ALUMINUM, GLASS, PLASTIC, STEEL, TIN –All of the following items may be comingled and must be rinsed clean. Food and beverage items only. No plate glass or dishware. Plastic should be #1 & #2. Cannot exceed five 6-gallon containers or one 30-gallon container. NEWSPAPER - should be mixed in recycling buckets with other recyclable items. CARDBOARD - Should be flattened to 2’x2’ sections and should be mixed in recycling buckets with other recyclable items. MIXED PAPER - Mixed Paper includes: Chipboard: cereal boxes, cake mix boxes, cracker and cookie boxes, etc. Plastic- Beverage Bottles #1 & @ (neck of bottle must be smaller than the base of the bottle) Paper: Letterhead, colored and white paper, junk mail, shredded paper Books: soft cover, hard cover with binding and covers removed and phonebooks Recycling bins can be purchased at the Borough Office. NO Plastic Bags. Recyclables in plastic bags will not be picked up ![]()
