2024 Dog License Application

Licensing Your Dog: All dogs seven months or older must be licensed.  Proof of Rabies Inoculation is required.

Rabies Vaccination Requirement: N.J.S.A. 4:19-15-3a requires that the duration of the immunity extends through out at least the first 10 months of the 12 month licensing period.

There is an additional charge for non-neutered/non-spayed animals ($3.00 for dogs) Proof of Neutering/Spaying is required.

Dog licenses ($13.00 for neutered & $16.00 for non-neutered) are renewed during the month of January.

Dog License Renewal Late Fee:  $5.00 after January 31st.
