PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PICK-UP INFORMATION
EVERY MONDAY (if Holiday, will pick up on Tuesday)

All material MUST BE SEPARATED into different piles, and cannot be mixed together or mixed with anything else. Collection of materials are done with 3 different trucks. Each truck collects different materials:

The reason for all the material to be picked up separate is that most of the items are banned from the Monmouth County Reclamation Center and must go to recycling sites.

The following is a list of some of the materials that are banned from the landfill:
brush, leaves, concrete, asphalt, scrap metal, white goods (appliances), paint, oil, antifreeze, all liquid substances, wood scraps, glass containers, aluminum cans, newspapers, cardboard, mixed paper, batteries, light iron, heavy iron, & tires.

Thank You for your cooperation.
