Schedule of meeting for 2013

Whereas, the Open Public Meeting Act (NJSA 10:4-6 et seq.) provides for the requirement that an annual notice of a public body shall state the time, date and location of the meeting of such public body to be held during the succeeding year; and

Now therefore be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Neptune City, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, that all Council Meetings of the Mayor and Council will be held during the year 2013 at Neptune City Council Chambers, 106 West Sylvania Avenue, Neptune City, NJ on the following dates and all meetings shall be held at on the following dates at 7:00 PM and in the months of June, July and August at 6:00 PM.

  April            8  22

  May          13  28 (Tuesday)

  June         10  24

   

The recessed meeting of December 23th will be held on January 1, 2014 at 11:45 A.M.and the Reorganization Meeting will be held at Noon on January 1, 2014.

Be it further resolved that the Asbury Park Press and the Coaster be named as the official newspapers to who all notices of meetings shall be sent.
